What is a Open Air Photo Booth?

Our Open-Air Style Photo Booth is more than just a Photo Booth and a backdrop. It’s an experience! All of your guests see the action taking place and want to be part of the fun. We like to say our Open Air Photo Booth is literally a mobile phototainment studio. We don’t want to get too techy here but DSLR cameras, studio lighting, industry leading software and commercial printer bundled in a photo booth makes for really high quality photos and prints while having a blast!

 
 

What is an LED Inflatable?

Same equipment, same experience but instead of an open concept with a backdrop, the experience takes place in an inflatable enclosure. Provides somewhat of private photo session but is typically selected because of the cool looking inflatable structure. Popular with Proms, Birthdays, Sweet Sixteens, Mitzvahs, and Quinceañeras. Simply choose the LED Inflatable when selecting your backdrop during booking.

 
 

What is a Glam Booth

Famously known as the "Kim Kardashian" glam filter. This high contrast black and white filter with facial smoothing combined with our studio quality lighting, dslr cameras and printing will absolutely stun your guests! This feature can simply be added to either the Open Air or LED inflatable during booking.

 

Ok, so How Does It all Work?

  1. Your guests will start at the prop table where they can choose from range of fun props and begin planning their poses. They will then be greeted by one of our fun and professional attendants who will inform them what to expect and instruct them of the process before launching the session.

3. After the session, your guests will be able to review their pics, share it to their devices.

 
 

4. Finally, they will receive a print along with a copy for everyone in the session. That’s right, it doesn’t matter if there are 2 or 10 people in a session, each person get’s a copy! Even more, an additional copy is printed for them to leave in your scrapbook along with a personalized message using our cool metallic pens. 2x6 Prints are included in every package, however you can upgrade to include 4x6 prints. What should i know before I Book a Photo Booth?

It is highly recommended that our booths are reserved for the duration of the main reception period. A reservation shorter than the main reception period will result in us setting-up or break down during your main reception which can be very disruptive and unprofessional particularly for formal events. It is best if we are set-up before your guests begin to move into the main reception area. Please review the following wedding timeline for guidance. Sequence of events vary with different types of events but this is a good template to help you understand the process.

  • 4:30PM -5:00PM Ceremony (We are nearby, arriving, or on standby )

  • 5:00PM-6:00PM Cocktail Hour (We are setting up your super cool Photo Booth)

  • 6:00PM-10PM Main Reception Period (4 Hour Photo Booth fun)

As you can see, we arrive approximately 1 hour prior to the main reception period to set-up. Which is 5 pm in the above scenario. As a result, the 360 booth is available for your guests after they move from the cocktail hour into the main ballroom (6pm-10pm). For this event, a two hour or three hour reservation would be insufficient and result in us to to either set-up or break down at some time during your event.
