What should i know before I Book a Photo Booth?
It is highly recommended that our booths are reserved for the duration of the main reception period. A reservation shorter than the main reception period will result in us setting-up or break down during your main reception which can be very disruptive and unprofessional particularly for formal events. It is best if we are set-up before your guests begin to move into the main reception area. Please review the following wedding timeline for guidance. Sequence of events vary with different types of events but this is a good template to help you understand the process.
4:30PM -5:00PM Ceremony (We are nearby, arriving, or on standby )
5:00PM-6:00PM Cocktail Hour (We are setting up your super cool Photo Booth)
6:00PM-10PM Main Reception Period (4 Hour Photo Booth fun)
As you can see, we arrive approximately 1 hour prior to the main reception period to set-up. Which is 5 pm in the above scenario. As a result, the 360 booth is available for your guests after they move from the cocktail hour into the main ballroom (6pm-10pm). For this event, a two hour or three hour reservation would be insufficient and result in us to to either set-up or break down at some time during your event.
